We are here to support our clients in their personal relationships. We are able to provide counseling to those who are looking to improve their relationship, address issues, plan for the future, work through changes and phases of life, or navigate ending their relationship in a respectful and amicable way.

FAMILY THERAPY
At Resolute Counseling we recognize that although clients may struggle individually, they are often impacted and effected by those around them and the dynamics of their relationships. We offer family therapy to support a "whole picture" approach to navigating challenges, patterns, and inter-generational concerns. We are happy to tailor this to your family's individual needs, such as sibling work, or parent/child sessions, or extended family members and support systems.

GROUP THERAPY
We do not have any active groups running at this time. However, throughout the year, Resolute Counseling offers different groups for different ages and identified concerns. These have included Social Skills for Children, DBT groups, Parent Support Groups, Anxiety Workshops, Parent & Teen Skills Group, Therapeutic Arts, Independent Living Skills, and Healthy Teen Groups.

SCHOOL CONSULTATION
Navigating the school system can be confusing, overwhelming and frustrating. Our team understands that sometimes the support of an informed provider can make all the difference in setting your child up for success. We are available for Educational Advocacy, reviewing Individualized Action Plans and 504 Plans, interfacing with school districts and ensuring your child can access his/her/their education.

SYSTEMS NAVIGATION
Resolute Counseling fully understands the different Levels of Care offered by both insurance and state agencies. We can help you apply and advocate for the services that you or your family need.
Our Clinicians have extensive experience navigating the state systems that may be involved in your, or your child's, life. These systems can be a support for some and a burden for others. We are here to help you get the most from these state agencies, and ensure you are supported appropriately and respectfully. We have collaborated extensively with the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Families, and would be happy to help you better work with your Case Worker/Manager.

LIFE COACHING
We are excited to soon be adding a Life Coach to our amazing Resolute Counseling team. This is a perfect level of support for those looking to improve their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives. Through identifying goals, obstacles, and action steps, Life Coaching can help you make the change you are seeking in a clear and effective manner. It does not require a diagnosis, and is the perfect level of support for someone who feels their challenges do not have a mental health component.

Resolute Counseling also provides "Accountability Services". Often the biggest barrier to achieving our personal goals, is our own selves. In addition to working with a member of our team, Resolute Counseling can also pair you with an "Accountabuddy".
This added level of support will be available to you for scheduled check-in's, reminders and encouragement throughout the week to help you in the moment. Let us help you establish new habits, learn how to hold yourself accountable and reach your goals faster!

SUPERVISION
We provide supervision hours for interns and clinicians. Our team is able to provide supervision for those needing LMHC, LMFT and LICSW oversight, and all have over 5 years of experience providing supervision to those in the field. With multiple years of agency-based community work, we are able to understand and provide guidance to those newly entering the field, working towards licensure, or who need independent supervision as they engage in the work.
